Do More in Four Through Year-Round Campus

Ready to make the most of your college years? Through the University of Mary’s one-of-a-kind Year-Round Campus program, you can earn your bachelor’s degree in less than three years, your bachelor’s and master’s in four, or your bachelor’s and doctorate in just six while traveling the region and the continent, taking part in exclusive on-campus activities, forming lifelong friendships, and growing both as a future professional and as a person.

The Year-Round Campus Advantage

As a YRC student, you’ll have access to financial aid all year long and end up paying less in total tuition than your peers.

More than that, graduating sooner and entering the workforce earlier will position you to reap a huge lifetime financial benefit — according to an independent analysis, over $330,000 if you complete your bachelor’s in less than three years and over $630,000 if you complete your bachelor’s and master’s in four years.

Why YRC?

  • Graduate With Less Debt: Each summer, you’ll take a full semester of classes at the prior academic year’s tuition rate. Over three years, you’ll save thousands.

  • Apply Financial Aid and Scholarships to Summer Tuition: YRC students on track to earn their bachelor’s degrees in 2.6 years can renew fall and spring financial aid awards each summer term and enroll in our Theodore Roosevelt Fellows program to receive up to a total of $2,400 in scholarships.

  • Work and Learn: No need to sacrifice summer earnings — YRC students can easily work up to 20 hours a week throughout the academic year, either on campus or off.

  • Upgrade Your Summers: YRC offers a dynamic, community-focused summer experience. Just within the first few weeks of summer term, you’ll get to make authentic pasta carbonara from scratch with Monsignor Shea, camp under the stars in the Badlands, and explore regional historic sites with your peers and faculty mentors.

  • Get Ahead With a Master’s or Doctorate: If you choose to continue your education at Mary after completing your bachelor’s, we’ll cover the cost of your first graduate course.

I would absolutely recommend that future students participate in YRC. There’s so much to do in Bismarck during the summer, and you’ll get to take classes and make friends with students you wouldn’t usually have the chance to meet during the regular school year. You’ll also have opportunities to learn from amazing guest professors and participate in all kinds of summer activities that make it so much easier to get to know new people. The activities are the best part!

I have always said I would not have been president had it not been for my experience in North Dakota. It was here that the romance of my life began.
