SWAGÊÓƵ Me

I have taught a variety of mechanical engineering courses including Manufacturing Processes, Design, Engineering Mechanics, Introduction to Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, and Physics, and am continually expanding my teaching portfolio. I focus on keeping course content current with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring that students are well-prepared for engineering challenges. My goal is to foster a dynamic learning environment that bridges theory with practical application, encouraging innovation and critical thinking.

Why I’m At Mary

I joined the University of Mary because of its mission-driven approach to engineering education. The engineering program aligns with my teaching philosophy, which integrates up-to-date technical knowledge with broad educational principles to prepare students for real-world challenges. This program allows me to combine cutting-edge technical expertise with practical applications, equipping students to become innovative engineers.

Expertise

My expertise lies in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), where I specialize in a variety of applications including open channel flow, boundary flow, and flows through porous media. My work extends to hydraulics, hydrology, microfiltration technologies, and studying the wetting properties of superhydrophobic surfaces.
