Recruit Future Employees and Interns at Mary
The University of Mary looks forward to forming a partnership with you and assisting in your recruitment of qualified Mary students and alumni who can quickly contribute to the success of your business/organization.
At Mary, we stress the academic formation of our students and the development of the whole person as a contributor to society. As a result, hiring a student from the University of Mary means you’ll get an employee with a solid educational and technical background, a strong work ethic, a focus on values, leadership skills, and a commitment to the community (servant leadership).
Our Career Services department is committed to facilitating interactions and partnerships between our students, organizations, staff, and faculty. If you want to visit our campus or need additional information, please get in touch with Career Services. We appreciate your partnership!
Here are some opportunities for you to interact with our students
- Attend Career and Internship Fairs
Career Services offers four career fairs each year to assist employers with their full-time and internship recruiting needs. Please visit for all career fair registrations. - Participate in Career Services Events
Career Services offers special events for students throughout the year where employer assistance or participation is often necessary. Some examples include Community Fair, Mock Interview Days, RESUMANIA, Etiquette Dinner, and Backpack to Briefcase. Contact us if you are interested in learning more about these events. - Organize a Student Information Table or Class Presentation
Suppose you are looking to raise students’ awareness of your organization. In that case, Career Services can assist you in arranging/setting up booths outside our dining facility, securing a room to do information sessions, or putting you in contact with a faculty member for a class presentation. - Become a Career Mentor
Career Services helps students explore careers that interest them by pairing students with individuals active in a particular field. Students can then job shadow, practice informational interviews, or become a mentee with an established professional. If you would like to assist students in learning more about their field, industry, or career, please contact the director of career services. - Join the Employer Advisory Committee
We established the Employer Advisory Committee to strengthen existing relationships with employers, allow for feedback on programming/events, provide information on current recruitment practices, and stay informed on the latest campus and career services events. If you would like to be a part of this committee, please get in touch with the director.
