Faculty Resources

Our librarians work hard to support you and your students with any research endeavors. We offer a basic library instructional course, research guides, an online librarian service, reference appointments, course reserves, and more for faculty to use.

Rare Books Project

Welder Library is also pleased to provide faculty with books from their rare books collection that faculty can use in their classrooms. We are currently storing over forty rare books, the vast majority of which were printed before 1800. For questions or to schedule a time for you and your students to engage with these books, faculty may contact Ethan Andrews.

Ask a Librarian

Welder Librarians are here to provide research and reference assistance to students. Research and reference assistance for students consists of direction to library materials, advice on library collections and services, and expertise on finding multiple kinds of information from multiple sources.
