University Ministry is home to various student organizations that can help you grow in faith and find your community. Through bible studies, pro-life activities, and service, our campus community lives out their faith in a vibrant, joyful way.
The Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) is a Catholic collegiate outreach program whose mission is to share the hope and joy of the gospel with college and university students – inspiring and equipping them for a lifetime of Christ-centered evangelization, discipleship, and friendships in which they lead others to do the same.

Collegians for Life serves to uphold the dignity of human life in all stages, promote a more vibrant culture of life at Mary, and encourage student involvement in being respectful witnesses to the truth about our shared humanity. Membership in Collegians for Life is open to all University of Mary students.
The Fraternity of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati seeks to gather young men from the University of Mary together aspiring to ideals of charity, hospitality, fraternity, study, and prayer. Founded as part of the mission and under the direction of the Center for Catholic Studies at the University of Mary, the Fraternity of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati places these ideals at the center of life to increase integrity to self, to the world, and most especially to God and to come together as brothers to be formed as men of Christ.
Mary and Martha Women's Community members live together in an intentional community at Bethany House. Located just next to campus, they seek to emulate those sisters, friends of Jesus, and be exemplars of hospitality and contemplation. The women live alongside and are formed by the Benedictine Oblates of Mary and serve the mission of the University of Mary through their lives of prayer, sisterhood, study, and warmth of welcome.
The Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic fraternal organization that focuses on faith, service, and brotherhood. It was founded in 1882 by Blessed Father Thomas J. McGivney and named in honor of Christopher Columbus. There are over 16,000 councils around the world and over 300 college councils. The council at the University of Mary is in the process of renewing and rebuilding its membership through the activities on our campus and local community. If you are a practicing Catholic man striving to live a life of virtue, desiring the courage to step into the breach, and want to be a part of our renewal here at Mary, we encourage you to join.
Marauders for Christ is a scholar-athlete led organization with the mission to unite and build community between scholar-athletes on campus and extend our reach and service into the community.
Saint Joseph’s Hall is a unique residence life community for men enrolled at the University of Mary who have the desire to live in community in order to grow in faith, character, and holiness. The men in this hall will support each other in virtuous living through study, prayer, service to others and in recreational activities. Located on the upper level of the west wing of the Benedictine Center, overlooking the Missouri River, Saint Joseph’s features double and single student rooms, a chapel, and community space. The men who chose to live in this community will experience a supportive and virtuous environment that will balance study, prayer, service, and recreation.
Saint Scholastica Hall for Women is a residence life community for women enrolled at the University of Mary who have the desire to live in community and grow in faith, character, and holiness. The women in this hall support each other in virtuous living through study, prayer, service to others, and community-based activities. Located on the third floor of Roers Hall, Saint Scholastica features two-bedroom suites with shared bathroom facilities, a community room, and a chapel on the floor. The women who choose to live in this community will experience a supportive and virtuous environment that will balance study, prayer, service, and recreation.
University Christian Fellowship (UCF) is a Christian student organization. Our heart is to welcome all students; we aim to provide a community to enjoy fellowship and grow closer to Jesus.
Open to women of all faiths, Vera Forma is a community of women in pursuit of virtuous femininity, sisterhood, and identity in Christ.
